Valerie Claussen is the Owner and Principal Planner for Planning Outpost. Valerie has her Bachelors Degree in Public Planning and a Masters Degree in Public Administration. This educational foundation combined with her years of experience in local government and in private business gives her the experience needed to meet the demands of balanced development in any community.

Fred Turnier, AICP

Principal Planner

Fred Turnier is a vital member of the Planning Outpost team. Fred has a BA in Economics and Geography and a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Fred as served as Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has been invited as a conference speaker, and subject matter expert. Fred holds certifications with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP)
