We’re excited to share that Planning Outpost, LLC has been officially awarded a Professional Services Contract by the Davis County Commission for a comprehensive update of several major county planning documents. The contract was approved during the Commission’s December 16, 2025 regular meeting.
Under this contract, Planning Outpost will lead the revision and modernization of the Davis County General Plan, along with updates to the Resource Management Plan, Title 14 (Development and Roadways), and Title 15 (Land Use and Development Management). These updates will help guide the county’s long-term growth, improve clarity and usability of development regulations, and ensure alignment with evolving community needs.
