Planning Outpost in affiliation with CEC is working with Garland City in updating their General Plan and other governing land use documents. These efforts will provide the framework to meet the needs of their growing community. As part of the General Plan update City officials are engaging with the community to gather public input on the direction of future development in Garland City. The first step is a resident survey that is now available to Garland City residents. If you’d like to participate contact City offices or be on the lookout for it in your utility bill.
