Planning Outpost, a local land use planning and consulting firm, is excited to work with Brigham City and Downtown Redevelopment Services as the city begins the process of updating its General Plan.

A city’s general plan, often referred to as a master plan, is a long-term strategic document that serves as a blueprint for the municipality’s physical, social, economic, and environmental development. The key components of this plan include Land Use, Transportation, Housing, Economic Development, Parks and Recreation, Environmental Sustainability, Community Services, and urban design and Aesthetics.

Over the coming months, Planning Outpost and Downtown Redevelopment Services will work closely with city officials and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive vision and implementation strategy for Brigham City’s future.
