Through a competitive bid process, Box Elder County Community Development awarded Planning Outpost, a local land use planning and consulting firm, a contract to conduct a fee study of community development and business licensing fees. Through a comprehensive analysis, Planning Outpost will provide recommendations to bring the County’s existing fee structure up to current standards.
